In addition to our summer camps, Bravo hosts school year programs for youth with blindness and visual impairment.  We meet once a month (or so), and invite families to join us.  Our schedule for Spring 2024:

Thursday, January 25, 2024:  Snow Tubing!

We're heading to the Zip n Slip in Mars Hill on Thursday, January 25, from 1-3 pm (weather permitting).  We zip on a school day so we can get the whole mountain to ourselves -- let me know if you need a letter to get your absence excused!

Cost: Free.  Bravo will pay for kids and their families to tube . . . but if you want to pitch in and help, we'll let ya!

Saturday, March 9, 2024:  Indoor Kayak Clinic at UNCA  

We'll join Waypoint Adventures for an indoor kayak clinic at the UNCA pool.  Participants will learn paddle strokes, steering technique, and how to exit a boat in water.  Slots are limited and lifejackets will be worn at all times.  1-4 pm.  Cost: Free.
