BRAVO ASHEVILLE DAY CAMP

Where:  Asheville, North Carolina

When: Monday, July 15 - Friday, July 19, 2024.  9-3 pm daily.

What: Jay and Nita celebrate their 14th year running summer day camp for youth with blindness and low vision.   Our theme this year remains Young Explorers.   We’ll walk, ramble, listen, learn, hike, splash, and paddle in the woods and wilds around Asheville. 

Who:  Campers are rising K-12 graders with blindness or low vision.  Instructors include certified Teachers for the Visually Impaired and Orientation & Mobility Specialists, along with a few other adventurous souls.
